Don’t forget to buy her flowers on the way home… and kiss her like never before.  Hell… bend her over the dining room table.

My First GIF | And My Second… | Remember… I’m Still Learning!!!

Monday, January 28th, 2013

New to this.  I will work it out.  Just my first day at trying to make a GIF.  Here is the first one that was made with a simple app on my phone.  I simply hit record… and captured about 3 seconds and it made it into a GIF.  Super easy to use.  The second one below was made through a free website.  I just trimmed about 5 seconds of video… uploaded it and it made it.  I then saved the file and posted it on the blog.

GIF’s are super interesting to me…   I would like to make a high quality one and one that does not put a watermark on the bottom like the 2nd one.

Very cool…

Stop + Reflect

Friday, November 23rd, 2012

We need to stop ourselves in our tracks and think about this year and the season upon us.  We need to commit to ourselves to get outside and don’t let the winter go by.  We need to learn how to dress up and get outside and discover that their is birds still around…  the sound of the wind moving between the trees and the soft snow that falls around us.

We need warm socks… mitts and a good chunky scarf.  We need to get outside and after sit with a good friend over his or her’s warm beverage preference.

Enjoy the season that is coming upon us quick!

You Have To Sit By The River To Listen

Monday, October 22nd, 2012

I had a chance to sit beside a flowing river for 2 hours this weekend alone.  It gave me a chance to think about where I am.  It was a great to watch the river flow and to hear it move over rocks and spin + twirl.  I encourage you to do it.  I am not where I want to be…  but excited to get there soon…

We Need To | View The Trees Go By

Life is a journey…  enjoy it up and down all it’s hills and don’t forget to look out the window and remember the ride.  My life has been up and down.  I’m thankful for many things in life.  I’m happy I’m alive and I can be active.  I can see… hear with my ears and run.
